A foreign billboard spotted at the Cinema EXPO in Amsterdam, Netherlands reveals the new title for G.I. Joe. The billboard was spotted by the folks at Comic Book Movie, and reveals that the new title will be G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra.

G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra is currently filming and is scheduled for an August 7, 2009 release. The film stars Ray Parks, Sienna Miller, Rachel Nichols, Said Taghmaoui, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Marlon Wayans, Channing Tatum, Dennis Quiad, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Arnold Vosloo, Karolina Isela Kurkov, Byung Hun Lee and Christopher Eccleston.
