‘Gimme Shelter’ Trailer

Vanessa Hudgens takes on a role unlike anything she has done before in the upcoming drama Gimme Shelter. Roadside Attractions has released the first trailer, showcasing the actress as pregnant, homeless teenager Agnes "Apple" Bailey, who tries to start a new life for herself and her unborn child. In addition, we have the first poster for this drama based on a true story, co-starring Rosario Dawson, Brendan Fraser, Stephanie Szostak and James Earl Jones.

      damn that trailer was so raw and intense

      I almost welled up

      I really want people to stop ragging on Vanessa and calling her a bad actress

      if that's the case then why is she getting so much more work these days?

      even if the reviews will be positive on this one I'm still ticked by the haters out there who cant appreciate the kinds of roles she tackles

      I've been a fan of hers since day 1 and have seen everything she has been in

      she is the best person in the world
