Two weeks ago, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 director James Gunn started a new social media tradition with #WhatWeShotWednesday, where the filmmaker shares one of the many hand-drawn sketches he makes before shooting each scene. Fans have been scouring over his first two drawings looking for clues, but it's tough to determine what is actually being shot in any of these drawings. The #WhatWeShotWednesday tradition continued yesterday with a new drawing, which features Star-Lord wearing his headphones. Here's what the filmmaker had to say about this week's sketch on his Facebook page.

"Another Wenesday, another storyboard for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. Looking forward to more absolutely insane guesses (no, that was not a giant banana last week). Also - this is not two images, but one I erased and replaced with another. ‪#‎WhatWeShotWednesday‬ ‪#‎GotgVol2‬"

The image in question appears to be Star-Lord, though he wasn't given a mouth. He is seen wearing a distinct set of headphones. Last week's sketch featured three characters gathered around what some fans thought was a "giant banana," with a line of dialogue about Star-Lord's dad being from the stars. The first sketch featured Groot holding some sort of unidentified creature.

Chris Pratt reprisies his role as Peter Quill, aka Star-Lord. He will be joined by his Guardians of the Galaxy co-stars Zoe Saldana as Gamora, Dave Bautista as Drax, Vin Diesel as the voice of Groot, Bradley Cooper as the voice of Rocket, Michael Rooker as Yondu, Karen Gillan as Nebula and Sean Gunn as Kraglin. Set to the all-new sonic backdrop of Awesome Mixtape #2, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 continues the team's adventures as they unravel the mystery of Peter Quill's true parentage. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 is produced by Marvel Studios' president, Kevin Feige, with Louis D'Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Jonathan Schwartz, Nikolas Korda and Stan Lee serving as executive producers.

Production on Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 started in Atlanta back in February, but it isn't known how much is left in the shooting schedule. There have also been rumors about Sylvester Stallone having a mystery role in the sequel, after he was spotted leaving the same Atlanta hotel the cast has been staying in, with a script in hand, but his role has yet to be confirmed.
