At least Jenna Louise Coleman(who also appeared in Captain America) is on Doctor Who and we get to see her every week as Oswin Oswald. It is funny how we are seeing more Doctor Who/Marvel connections.

I hope they do bring her back some way. She was so smoking hot with that accent.

Meaning the character will likely be dead. Although I enjoyed the way it was done in the Ultimate Avengers animated film (i.e., Rogers having to face the fact that she had aged and he hadn't), they can essentially do the same thing but amp up the drama by having the character having already died.

@ejk1 no purpose.... i just liked the characters in the first movie, and would like to see them, you know, alive or not old... but yes what i said makes no sense.

If she looked like that after like 70 years she should be in X-Men, not Captain America.

they could have still used hayley atwell in the sequel... they could have started the movie off with a recep of what happened while cap was asleep.

@ejk1 Agreed, I think, Amanda Righetti's character is Sharon Carter, she looks a lot like Hayley Atwell..

This is predictable, as Cap begins a romance with Sharon Carter. I'm pretty sure Amanda Righetti's character at the end of Cap was Sharon, but whether or not she is going to continue in the role is actually a more pressing question than the Atwell one answered above.

Not that difficult to cast an old woman
