Graham King's GK Films is teaming up with Leonardo DiCaprio's Appian Way for the horror project Home, securing director Dennis Iliadis.

Dennis Iliadis will reunite with Adam Alleca, who wrote the 2009 horror remake The Last House on the Left which Dennis Iliadis directed. The story centers on a young man who moves into the house of his recently-deceased father. When bizarre things start to happen, the man is unsure if he's going insane, or if his father is haunting him.

Graham King and Tim Headington are producing Home for GK Films, with Jennifer Davisson Killoran producing for Appian Way. Steven Schneider (Paranormal Activity 3) is also attached to produce.

Adam Alleca wrote the first draft of Home in less than a week while he was interning for Eli Roth's production company Raw Nerve. The script made the Black List in 2005, which also featured then-unproduced scripts such as Allan Loeb's Things We Lost in the Fire and Diablo Cody's Juno.
