Earlier today, Lionsgate held its Comic-Con panel for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2, in front of a packed crowd in Hall H. At the end of their presentation, a new propaganda video was shown, featuring a number of District 13 soldiers all rallying behind Katniss Everdeen (PEAnZIFAWETpFB||Jennifer Lawrence), asking fans to unite and "stand with us." There was also a new trailer shown during the panel, but it is not known when that will be made available online, so stay tuned.

With the nation of Panem in a full scale war, Katniss confronts President Snow (Donald Sutherland) in the final showdown. Teamed with a group of her closest friends - including Gale (Liam Hemsworth), Finnick (Sam Claflin), and Peeta (Josh Hutcherson) - Katniss goes off on a mission with the unit from District 13 as they risk their lives to stage an assassination attempt on President Snow who has become increasingly obsessed with destroying her. The mortal traps, enemies, and moral choices that await Katniss will challenge her more than any arena she faced in The Hunger Games.

Francis Lawrence, who directed The Hunger Games: Catching Fire and The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1, returns to direct the franchise finale The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2. The supporting cast includes the late great Philip Seymour Hoffman in his final performance, Julianne Moore, Natalie Dormer, Stef Dawson, Evan Ross, Patina Miller, Robert Knepper and Mahershala Ali. Check out this new video, and stay tuned for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2 trailer.
