Nothing spectacular. If I was not aware that Nolan was behind this I would say that I could quite possibly forget this completely.

I think that there will be a tremendous backlash from many die hard Nolan fans...maybe this wont be the movie, but I think that day will come sooner rather than later.

@instead8909 no, most of the time you are wrong about a lot of things. No, all the time. Your just taking out your jealousy for the talent she has, possible school boy crush gone awry, tbh your answer is possibly the funniest and most pathetic attempt i have ever read on here, and i have read and written in the past many. BUt you are just beyond a joke. There's no justifiable reason to HATE her, your just a very immature Web user who should quite whilst a brain cell starts pulsing and kick starting into functionality. you have been put in your place and your now quivering and jittering about this whole sordid affair.....sad that nobody has jumped gun and patted you on the back about it....oh boy she can sing, and i would ask whats your validation you would have a cheek to turn around and say cause im this that or other.....

but that's your usual escape route...i for one disliked Les Mis, for rare and bulbous reasons, but i would never take away from it that it looked gorgeous, was perfectly cast and music wise done well, apart from a few slew of songs and beats. Grow up @instead8909 and dont waste precious comment space with your dribble

On the subject of said trailer.....looks like a mature persons film....not a big explosive violent CGI -heavy affair BUT A DEEP THINKER AND QUITE PHILOSOPHICAL FILM.

@instead8909 i think you say things for effect , but not the right effect or attention, for attentions sake. That comment is pointless and cruel and quite pathetic attempt for you to try and gain Web attention. Theres no solid proof that shes ugly and talentless because those two factors don't add up against each other and if you put your magnified specs on you may realize how wrong you are...but there's no justification in my argument to be so brash and harsh...what she not sign an autograph in the past...hahaha because its so obviously a shame you wrote that comment as you look the fool....again.

@instead8909 -- "She's talentless and ugly, and has no right to be in any film."

After making the statement, you have invalidated yourself of an opinion that holds meaning. How is she a 'horrible person'? I love how you say you don't have a grudge against her, yet you have said everything in the book to prove otherwise. Your so biased and spiteful that every little thing she does, you judge. You come in with preconceived notions when watching her films, and moment by moment, critique her beyond belief. You refuse to see quality in anything she does, even if it's starring you in the eye.

I must admit, I was never really a fan of her. She was never a bad actress; she just had a lot of bad choices in roles. But, after her performance in 'Les Miserables', and seeing her at what I presume to be her full potential -- I can say she's actually really good.

Oh, and to further degenerate your 'opinion', your 'only real actors gets Oscars' statement doesn't really hold up well. Sandra Bullock won one for her performance in 'The Blind Side', and that's a shame in itself. It was a decent performance, but Oscar-worthy? Eh..

@instead8909 then why the oscar attention? I mean it's not a fluke she gets considered and talked about a lot.... Richard gere also is a bad example... You think ur just holding a grudge? Stallone and Arnold are action movie stars lol don't need to be critiqued too much so that's out of nowhere and shouldn't even be in the same sentence as what ur talkin about. Let's just agree to disagree because I think Anne Hathaway is a super talent

I'm sorry but the teaser was beautiful. Are you people really bitching that this teaser didn't show much footage? Really?

Even though it's a teaser trailer, I won't watch it. That being said, my manager described it to me a couple days ago, and told me how disappointing it was.

@instead8909 -- Have you seen "Les Miserables"?

@Joshua-Hollaway --- But, aren't you one of those 'Marvel' zombies?

Also, this will be Nolan's final part of his "Prestige Trilogy."

If some of you don't know what that means, here's an explanation:

"Nolan gave us the three steps to performing an illusion: The Pledge, The Turn and The Prestige:

-The Pledge is the setup. It presents to you something ordinary that is most likely not ordinary at all. (Batman Begins, The Prestige).

-The Turn takes that ordinary something and makes it do something extraordinary. Something unexpected. (The Dark Knight and Inception).

-The Prestige, which basically just blows your mind. Taking the unexpected something from The Turn and turns it on its head, making you believe in magic. (The Dark Knight Rises and Intersteller).

@narrator Not to mention the TDKR teaser which showed next to nothing but only a view glimpses of new footage. I love how his teaser's don't show everything at first because it is to intrigue us, which makes the audience (or me) curious to know more.

Just re-watched the Inception teaser and I highly doubt anyone was initially able to pin-point the actual plot of that film without having previously gleamed the plot elsewhere. The only difference was there was cool dream sequence sh*t in that teaser accompanied by the original Zimmer horn-blare. Let's face it, folks. We saw some zero-gee fight scenes, horn blares and tag lines, and were sold on the film. Now we get spliced doc*mentary footage, crops, and a narrative involving the better side of mankind. "Pointless!" we say.
