The Baker (James Corden) and his wife (Emily Blunt) try to trade some of their "magic beans" for young Jack's (Daniel Huttlestone) cow in a new clip from the Disney musical Into the Woods. Of course, these "magic beans" will eventually turn into a massive beanstalk, which young Jack is seen climbing up in a TV spot for director Rob Marshall's adaptation. Based on Stephen Sondheim's beloved Broadway production, Into the Woods brings several classic fairy tale characters to life under one big cinematic roof.

Into the Woods is a modern twist on the beloved Brothers Grimm fairy tales, intertwining the plots of a few choice stories and exploring the consequences of the characters' wishes and quests. This humorous and heartfelt musical follows the classic tales of Cinderella (Anna Kendrick), Little Red Riding Hood (Lilla Crawford), Jack and the Beanstalk (Daniel Huttlestone), and Rapunzel (Mackenzie Mauzy)-all tied together by an original story involving a baker and his wife (James Corden & Emily Blunt), their wish to begin a family and their interaction with the witch (Meryl Streep) who has put a curse on them.

This clip comes just a few days after Into the Woods was nomimated in several categories for the Golden Globes, including Best Picture, Musical or Comedy, Best Actress in a Motion Picture, Musical or Comedy (Emily Blunt) and Best Supporting Actresss in a Motion Picture, Musical or Comedy (Meryl Streep). We'll find out next month if this musical takes home any statuettes, but in the meantime, take a look at this clip and TV spot below, before Into the Woods hits theaters on Christmas Day.
