You may recall that Marvel Studios' Iron Man 3 was a Chinese co-production, with a special version of the sequel created solely for Chinese audiences that featured Bingbing Fan and Xueqi Wang as Dr. Wu and Wu Jiaqi. Today, we have yet another deleted scene from the Blu-ray 3D, Blu-ray and DVD release on September 24 that showcases part of the footage American audiences didn't get to see, featuring Dr. Wu and Wu Jiaqi as they prepare to operate on Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.). Sadly, there are no subtitles for this clip, but hopefully we'll get a Chinese translation of the dialogue very soon.
