Jack Black has started a new production company at Universal Pictures called Electric Dynamite, according to Variety. The actor's Black and White production company, which he ran with Nacho Libre and School of Rock writer Mike White, was also based at Universal, but that company has been dissolved.

Black kicks off Electric with Universal's In College Football, Big Paydays for Humiliation, based on a Pete Thamel article in the New York Times about universities that make big bucks by serving up their mediocre teams to get crushed by powerhouse nationally ranked teams.

Black is aboard only as a producer.
