Controversial filmmaker Lars von Trier is rounding out the cast for his latest drama The Nymphomaniac, with Jamie Bell and Connie Nielsen signing on to star.

Charlotte Gainsbourg stars as Joe, a nymphomaniac who recounts her sexual escapades from birth to the age of 50 to Seligman (Stellan Skarsgård), a man who finds her beaten in an alley. No details were given for Jamie Bell and Connie Nielsen's characters.

The cast also includes Shia LaBeouf, Nicolas Bro, Jesper Christensen, Jens Albinus, Shanti Roney, and Severin von Hoensbroech. Nicole Kidman and Willem Dafoe have been linked to the production, although their involvement has not been confirmed as of yet.

Lars von Trier is directing from his own original script, with Louise Vesth, Bettina Brokemper, Marianne Slot and Bert Hamelinck producing. Production on the 11-week shoot is scheduled to begin tomorrow in Germany.
