Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is pretty much the biggest movie star on the planet, so when he posts something on Instagram, it is a big deal. Following that logic, today Johnson posted something on Instagram, and it is definitely a big deal. The Rock decided to share with his fans a first look at his character in the upcoming Jumanji sequel, who we now know is named Dr. Bravestone.

Johnson posted the piece of concept art to his Instagram on Thursday morning, displaying his very Indiana Jones-esque character. The icing on the cake is that the picture was plastered with text saying "The Smoldering Dr. Bravestone," which is pretty accurate, and pretty much what we expected when The Rock was cast in Jumanji. Here is what Johnson had to say when he posted the picture.

"EXCLUSIVE FIRST LOOK: Concept art of my #JUMANJI character. "The Smoldering" Dr. Bravestone. (not sure where my pecs went;). This is gonna be fun.. Me, @kevinhart4real, Jack Black,@NickJonas and the Ginger Assassin@karengillanofficial can't wait to "play the game that plays you". #JUMANJI#DrBravestone #KingOfTheSmolder#TheAdventureContinues."

There was some hesitation when it was announced a new Jumanji movie was being made, but many concerns were put to rest when it was revealed that the movie would indeed be a sequel and not a reboot. As mentioned in his Instagram post, Johnson will be joined by his Central Intelligence co-star Kevin Hart, Jack Black, Nick Jonas and Doctor Who star Karen Gillan, who Johnson lovingly referred to as "the Ginger Assassin." As of right now, it doesn't look like any of the stars from the first movie are set to return, but t has been said that the movie will pay tribute to the late Robin Williams, who starred in the original.

While we don't know any specific plot details for the Jumanji sequel, but The Smoldering Dr. Bravestone kind of makes it look like the movie will be exploring the world inside the game, as opposed to the world outside the game, which the first movie focused on. Also, the fact that they are shooting in Hawaii would also lend some credibility to that. It also looks like Karen Gillan could be playing an older version of Kirsten Dunst's character, and Nick Jonas could possibly be playing an older version of Bradley Pierce's character from the original movie. That is purely speculative, but would make sense.

Jake Kasdan, director of Orange County, Walk Hard and Sex Tape is helming the Jumanji sequel, with a script from Scott Rosenberg. The original Jumanji was a big hit at the time in 1995, making $262 million worldwide from a $65 million production budget. Sony is planning to release the Jumanji sequel on July 28, 2017.
