The annual Licensing Expo is currently happening in Las Vegas, where it was revealed that Jurassic Park IV is now slated for a 2015 release, and that it will be shot in 3D. Last month, Universal Pictures pulled the action sequel from its July 13, 2014 release date, to give the filmmakers and the studio "adequate time" to make the best possible movie. While Universal hasn't confirmed an exact release date, it seems likely they will aim for a summer 2015 debut.

In addition, director Colin Trevorrow tweeted last week that he is "back at work" on the follow-up. Take a look at the massive Jurassic Park IV banner that is on display at the Licensing Expo, along with director Colin Trevorrow's tweet.
