Bryce Dallas Howard's Claire will be driving the new high-performance GLE 63 AMG Coupe as she tries to outrun the hybrid dinosaurs of Jurassic World this summer. Mercedes-Benz, confirming its partnership with Universal Pictures on this latest franchise sequel, has released a series of new photos showing Howard and her luxurious Coupe as she confronts park trainer Owen, played by Chris Pratt. We also get a look at the car parked under a tree on Isla Nublar and another look as it hits the road.

The GLE 63 AMG Coupe has been designed to compete with the BMW X6M, and it has been given an upgrade over the regular GLE Coupe, with a new front bumper with enlarged air inlets, a vented rear bumper with a diffuser and quad pipes, different front grille and bigger alloy wheels. This all makes it easier to run alongside Velociraptors as you save a couple of lost kids from getting eaten by a rampaging T-Rex.

Mercedes-Benz originally worked with Universal on The Lost World: Jurassic Park in 1997, where they debuted the original M-Class SUV. Say Jens Thiemer, Head of Marketing Communications for Mercedes-Benz Cars about returning for the upcoming latest installment of Jurassic Park:

"We are delighted to have been able to support this epic action-adventure with our vehicles. Our wide range of SUVs in particular fit perfectly with Jurassic World's various requirements, with the focus on our new trendsetter, the GLE Coupé."
