When filming began on Justice League this past April, the production was shrouded in secrecy. Director Zack Snyder and his cast took a break from filming in the U.K. to stop by Warner Bros.' Hall H panel at Comic-Con, where they unveiled the first trailer. Now that this veil of secrecy is starting to be lifted, Zack Snyder decided to share a new photo from the set, featuring Jason Momoa in full costume as Aquaman, along with a surprising prop.

The filmmaker posted the photo on Twitter this morning, revealing that "every day on set is an amazing adventure with this guy." The photo features Aquaman holding an electric guitar, presumably between takes. For those who follow the actor on Instagram, this photo may not come as a big surprise, since he's often posting videos of his musical outings. He even appeared at a Stargate convention in 2008 to play his acoustic guitar, which he then auctioned off for charity.

Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman's selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes-Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash-it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.

Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill and Gal Gadot all return as Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman in Warner Bros.' Justice League, along with Amy Adams as Lois Lane. Also returning after making cameo appearances in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice are Jason Mamoa as Aquaman, Ray Fisher as Cyborg, and Ezra Miller as The Flash. The supporting cast also includes Amber Heard as Queen Mera, Willem Dafoe as the Atlantean Vulko, and J.K. Simmons playing Commissioner Gordon.

There have also been reports that Colin Farrell and Michiel Huisman are in talks to join the cast, with the latter rumored to be playing the villain Steppenwolf. Zack Snyder directs from a script by Chris Terrio and David S. Goyer, with Warner Bros. setting a November 17, 2017 release date.
