Justin Long, John Hawkes and Ryan Phillippe have boarded Chronicle, directed by Jay Alaimo, reports The Playlist.

The Gramery Park Pictures' website lists Mickey Rourke, Helena Bonham Carter, Kate Mara, Danny Masterson and Vincent D'Onofrio in talks to join the cast, but nothing is finalized.

Chronicle centers on two childhood friends who reunite to launch the biggest marijuana dealership in New York City.
