Lindy Booth is in talks to join the burgeoning cast of Unviersal's superhero sequel Kick-Ass 2: Balls to the Wall as Night Bitch.

In the comic books, the character's identity is kept a mystery. She claims that her sister's murder drove her to become a costumed vigilante and join the superhero group Justice Forever. Her weapon of choice is a long pole that matches her costume. The actress joins a cast that includes new additions such as John Leguizamo, Donald Faison, Morris Chestnut, and Robert Emms. Aaron Johnson, Chloe Moretz, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, and Nicolas Cage reprise their roles from Kick-Ass.

Jeff Wadlow is directing from his own screenplay, with Matthew Vaughn's MARV Films producing and financing. Universal Pictures will distribute, with a June 28, 2013 release date already set. Production is scheduled to begin next month in Toronto and New York.
