Giovanni Ribisi, Ty Simpkins, Scott Mescudi (aka Kid Cudi), Mark Feuerstein, Kevin Corrigan and Juno Temple will join the previously-announced Olivia Wilde, Luke Wilson, Elisabeth Moss, and Natasha Lyonne in Bron Studios drama Meadowland.

Meadowland will be the directorial debut of award-winning cinematographer Reed Morano from a screenplay by Chris Rossi. Morano, a member of the A.S.C. is previously known for her work on The Skeleton Twins, Kill Your Darlings, HBO's Looking and Frozen River. The film begins principal photography in New York City today, August 18th.

Meadowland is a Bron Studios production in association with Creative Wealth Media Finance. Matt Tauber and Olivia Wilde serve as producers with Bron's Aaron L. Gilbert and Margot Hand. Executive producers on the project are Jennifer Levine and Jason Cloth. Richard Hicks C.S.A. is the casting director.

In Meadowland a couple, Sarah and David, deal with the unthinkable in the wake of their son's disappearance. David, a New York City policeman, attempts a more traditional form of healing, only to lose his moral compass. Sarah goes down an unexpected path towards acceptance as she places herself in increasingly dangerous situations.

The Emmy-nominated Giovanni Ribisi has starred in such films as A Million Ways to Die in the West and Avatar, as well as the television series Dads. Ty Simpkins recently completed production on Jurassic World and is well known from Insidious and Insidious Chapter 2. and Iron Man 3. Scott Mescudi, also known by his musician name Kid Cudi, starred in Need for Speed and will be featured in the upcoming Two Night Stand. Mark Feuerstein just wrapped Season 6 of his hit USA series, Royal Pains, and has been seen in numerous films and other television projects. Kevin Corrigan has appeared in The Departed, Pineapple Express, and Superbad and will soon be seen in Terrence Malick's Knight of Cups. Juno Temple appeared in Maleficent and can next be seen in Sin City For which opens this month.
