Just hours before Eli Roth's new thriller Knock, Knock is set to make its world premiere during the Sundance Film Festival's Midnight section, the director released the first official teaser trailer on his Facebook page. Keanu Reeves stars as Evan Webber, a successful architect and a happily married family man who is left alone for the weekend. One night, two beautiful girls show up at his house, and turn his life upside down.

Lorenza Izzo, who starred in Eli Roth's last feature The Green Inferno, and Ana de Armas play Genesis and Bell, the two girls who change Evan's life for the worse, all with a simple knock. Production took place in Chile this April, with a supporting cast that includes Aaron Burns, Ignacia Allamand and Colleen Camp, who also serves as a producer.

Eli Roth directed from a script he co-wrote with Nicolás López and Guillermo Amoedo (The Green Inferno, Aftershock). The thriller doesn't have a distributor at this time, but that may all change after Knock, Knock debuts at Sundance tonight. What do you think about the first footage?
