Kristen Stewart and Jesse Eisenberg Reunite for ‘American Ultra’

Kristen Stewart and Jesse Eisenberg join American UltraAdventureland stars Kristen Stewart and Jesse Eisenberg are reuniting for the action-comedy American Ultra.

The story centers on Mike (Jesse Eisenberg), a lazy stoner who lives with his girlfriend Phoebe (Kristen Stewart). Their lives are turned upside down when Mike's past comes back to haunt him, as he becomes the target of a government-sanctioned operation to take him out.

Nima Nourizadeh (Project X) is directing from a screenplay by Max Landis (Chronicle). Anthony Bregman is producing through his Likely Story production company, along with Circle of Confusion's David Alpert and Britton Rizzio. Here's what Anthony Bregman had to say about the project in a statement.

"Simply put, American Ultra will be the most fun you can possibly have in a movie theater without the use of drugs, fireworks or canola oil."

Production is scheduled to begin in April 2014.
