Kyle Bornheimer has joined two wedding-themed comedies: the indie comedy Bachelorette, starring Kirsten Dunst, Isla Fisher and Lizzy Caplan; and The Big Wedding, a Millennium/Nu Image comedy starring Robert De Niro, Diane Keaton and Katherine Heigl.

From writer-director Leslye Headland, Bachelorette centers on three friends are asked to be bridesmaids at a wedding of a woman they used to ridicule back in high school.

Kyle Bornheimer is playing a man who was somewhat of a stoner-loser in high school who had a crush on the prom queen, and at the wedding she still has no idea who he is.

Directed by Justin Zackham, The Big Wedding centers on a long-divorced couple (Robert De Niro and Diane Keaton) who fake being married as their family unites for a wedding.

Kyle Bornheimer will play Katherine Heigl's estranged husband who shows up at the wedding, to Heigl's displeasure.

Both films are currently in production in New York.
