Kyle Chandler Joins Ben Affleck's ‘Argo’

Ben Affleck's directorial project revolves around six stranded US embassy workers and the CIA's elaborate mission to rescue them.
BY | Chandler joins ArgoKyle Chandler joins the all star cast of Ben Affleck's directorial project, Argo. The project is based on a 2007 Wired magazine article written by Joshuah Bearman, titled 'How The CIA Used A Fake Sci-fi Flick To Rescue Americans From Tehran'.

Set during the Iran hostage crisis of 1979, the film tells the story of six stranded US embassy workers and the CIA's elaborate mission to rescue them - disguising the trapped Americans as a movie crew scouting locations for a fictional sci-fi epic named Argo.

Argo was released October 12th, 2012.

    I liked Chandler in Super 8. I have not seen Friday Night Lights.

      chandler is awesome (FNL was brilliant and he was a major reason for that!)... affleck is proven and amazing behind the camera. can't wait to see this movie.

            Great actor and Affleck has really shown his talent behind the camera. As much as his latest film was critically hailed i thought Gone Baby Gone was even better. Cant wait to see this.
