France's First Lady Carla Bruni-Sarkozy might get her part cut out of Woody Allen's Midnight in Paris after 25-year-old French actress Léa Seydoux was hired to re-shoot all of her scenes as a precaution, reports The Daily Mail.

The 42-year-old Carla Bruni-Sarkozy caused widespread amusement in July when she took dozens of takes to perform a few simple dramatic tasks during the filming of Midnight in Paris, including walking in and out of a bread shop while saying nothing, and then carrying a small baguette while looking serious.

A spokesman for Midnight in Paris revealed that the film will be premiered at the Cannes Film Festival next May, and nobody would know exactly who is appearing in it until then.
