‘Leprechaun: Origins’ Details Revealed; WWE's Hornswoggle Set to Star!

Leprechaun: Origins details revealed! WWE Studios President Michael Luisi was recently interviewed and discussed the upcoming reboot of Mark Jones' classic horror film titled Leprechaun: Origins.

Here Michael Luisi comments on the tone of the film and explains where they want to go with the remake.

" The tone is going to be a little darker, a little more traditional horror than the Warwick Davis ones that people remember, trying to find a way to please fans of that genre but at the same time this is really being played for scares."

Here is what he said when asked if any elements from the originals would be used in the new film.

"No, it is a true reboot of the franchise."

WWE star Dylan "Hornswoggle" Postl is playing the evil Leprechaun with a possible cameo by franchise star Warwick Davis.

Leprechaun: Origins was released August 22nd, 2014.
