Yesterday, we showed you a new Wolverine 3 photo that many believe offers a hint at the origins of the young mutant X-23 (Dafne Keen), showcasing a device that may or may not be used to inject mutant powers into this girl. Today we have yet another new photo courtesy of Hugh Jackman, who debuted an image of a seemingly lonely Logan, seen by himself in a motel room. Like all of the other photos that have been released from this movie, we don't have much context to go with this image, but it does give us a new look at the iconic hero.

Hugh Jackman unveiled the photo this morning through Twitter, with the brief caption "Room. LOGAN. 3.3.17." Plot details surfaced a few months ago that teased Logan has landed a job driving a Chrysler 300 limousine, which made sense since we saw this vehicle riddled with bullet holes in numerous set photos when production was under way earlier this year. Hugh Jackman is seen wearing similar attire in this photo, so it's possible that he's simply taking a moment for himself, before he has to go to work, in this image. It's also possible that this motel room is actually his home, but that has yet to be confirmed.

The first trailer for Wolverine 3 arrived last month, but 20th Century Fox has yet to confirm when the second trailer may arrive. With the March 3, 2017 release date getting closer and closer, it may be arriving sooner than later. The studio will be releasing the action-packed Assassin's Creed with New Regency on December 21, which may be when the new trailer will be released on the big screen, but that hasn't been confirmed either. While the debut of the new trailer is still impending, it seems clear that there will be no shortage of cryptic photos heading our way, either from Hugh Jackman, director James Mangold or the movie's official Instagram account.

One of the photos that debuted last week, before the Thanksgiving holiday, featured the aforementioned Chrysler 300 limousine, with one particular spot on the rear passenger's side door sporting several bullet holes. Fans have theorized that, since this is the same spot that Professor x (Patrick Stewart) was sitting in the first trailer, that he may be killed off in this movie. After all, this is the final Wolverine movie, and recent plot rumors have teased that Professor X has fallen gravely ill in this movie, with Wolverine even enlisting the help of Caliban (Stephen Merchant) to help take care of the ailing professor.

The cast also includes Boyd Holbrook as the villainous Donald Pierce, along with Richard E. Grant and Eriq La Salle in unspecified roles. James Mangold directs Logan from a script by David James Kelly and Michael Green. The story is partially based on the Old Man Logan comics, where Logan loses his mutant powers and begins to age for the first time. We've seen in previous photos that Logan does have scars in this movie, with James Mangold explaining that, as he gets older, Logan's mutation has changed, in that he still heals quickly, but it leaves a scar. However, the director also recently shared a page from the screenplay, where it states that Logan is now drinking a lot, to help ease the pain now that his healing powers have faded. Take a look at the new image from Logan below.
