Warner Bros. has released a new poster for Mad Max: Fury Road through the highly-anticipated movie's official Twitter account, which also reveals that fans should "keep tweeting to unlock the exclusive new trailer." Comic Book Movie reports that the trailer will debut at 6 PM today, but that has not been confirmed by Warner Bros. at this time. At any rate, before the new footage drops, you can check out the poster featuring Tom Hardy as Max Rockatansky and Charlize Theron as Imperator Furiosa, along with the new tagline, "The future belongs to the mad."
An apocalyptic story set in the furthest reaches of our planet, in a stark desert landscape where humanity is broken, and almost everyone is crazed fighting for the necessities of life. Within this world exist two rebels on the run who just might be able to restore order. There's Max, a man of action and a man of few words, who seeks peace of mind following the loss of his wife and child in the aftermath of the chaos. And Furiosa, a woman of action and a woman who believes her path to survival may be achieved if she can make it across the desert back to her childhood homeland.
The supporting cast is rounded out by Nicholas Hoult, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Zoë Kravitz, Riley Keough, Josh Helman, Nathan Jones, Angus Sampson and Abbey Lee in director George Miller's highly-anticipated action-adventure. We'll bring you the new trailer as soon as it's available, but in the meantime, take a look at the latest one-sheet below.
