Elijah Wood surveys his latest female victim in the bloody poster for Maniac, director Franck Khalfoun's horror remake debuting on VOD and in select theaters June 21. Based on William Lustig's 1980 classic of the same name, this thriller centers on Frank (Elijah Wood), a mannequin store owner whose unrelenting thirst for killing emerges once again.
