Will director Neill Blomkamp hit it out of the park or suffer a sophomore slump with Elysium, his second film after the critically acclaimed District 9? It's too early to tell just yet, as we've only seen a handful of set photos and a slight few official images from the sci-fi thriller starring Matt Damon and Jodie Foster. The storyline tackles class warfare, with the wealthiest of the human race living on a man-made space station. A new photo has arrived, which is a variation on the images and themes we've already seen. It features a bald Damon walking softly in a robotic suit of armor while carrying a very big gun. His character, Max, is tasked with taking on a life-threatening mission that could unite the two polarizing class infrastructures that make up this futuristic world. We still have no word on when a trailer may debut. Hopefully soon. Enjoy this latest look at Matt Damon 's Max in the meantime.
