The Ride Down Mt. Morgan:According to Variety, Nicole Kassell (The Woodsman) will direct the feature adaptation of Arthur Miller's play The Ride Down Mt. Morgan for Mark Canton's Atmosphere Pictures.

Michael Douglas has already been announced to star in and produce the pic.

"Morgan" is a comic satire on the state of contemporary marriage. Kassell is currently rewriting the script, which was initially adapted by Jesse Wigutow.

Written by Miller in 1991, "The Ride Down Mt. Morgan" premiered in London and had its American theatrical debut in 1996 at the Williamstown Theater Festival. It later moved to the New York Public Theater, followed by a Broadway production. In 2000, it was nominated for a Tony Award for best play.
