Michelle Monaghan will star in Penthouse NorthMichael Keaton and Michelle Monaghan have signed on to star in the indie thriller Penthouse North for director Joseph Ruben (The Good Son, Sleeping with the Enemy).

David Loughery (Obsessed, Lakeview Terrace) wrote the screenplay which centers on an ex-photojournalist (Michelle Monaghan) who has shut herself out from the world in a glitzy New York penthouse, still haunted by a tragic event from her past. Her world is shaken up when a criminal (Michael Keaton) comes in search of her hidden fortune.

Lionsgate is handling foreign sales of Penthouse North and the studio is currently shopping it around at the Toronto Film Festival. Production is scheduled to start in Ottawa this November.

Good choices. I wanna see Keaton flex comedy chops, he was hilarious in The Other Guys IMO

Why does this have a thumbs down? They are good actors, and the director did The Good Son, which was a good movie.
