Although fans loved Mickey Rourke's portrayal of the rough and tumble bruiser, Marv, in Sin City, the actor himself admits that he hasn't thought too much about a rumored Sin City 2. "I don't really think about that," he told MTV "That's really not my forte, that type of thing."

That statement aside, however, Rourke said that he'd be willing to do it in order to work with Robert Rodriguez again. "I have a lot of respect for Robert Rodriguez," he enthused. "It scares the piss out of me to sit in make-up for three hours [but] if the role is written the right way, I would do it because it was a good experience. I wasted a lot of time. I want to work with interesting directors. I'm going to do a lot of work because of the time I wasted."

So, while it sounds like he's unsure about the project, it also sounds like he'd be willing to commit to it again if the film works into his schedule, and if Miller and Rodriguez are back in the director's chairs.

No release date has yet been given for Sin City 2, but Frank Miller has recently completed the script, and Rodriguez has said that he and Miller are going to try to figure out where it would fit in their busy schedules.
