Jersey Shore's Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino has booked a development deal with MTV for a new reality series.

MTV plans to film the presentation later this year. The show will follow the same template used with fellow Jersey Shore castmembers Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi, Jenni 'JWoww' Farley and Pauly "DJ Pauly D" Del Vecchio who also shot presentations - Snooki and JWoww together and Pauly separately - under development deals with the network.

Last month, MTV picked up both projects to series.
