Millennium has picked up a Paul Sloan written supernatural action spec and is heading to the jungles of Cambodia. Millennium closed the deal on the spec and is pushing to start filming this spring.

The untitled supernatural action film is inspired by heroes Doc Savage and Tarzan, and centers on a team of mercenaries whose search for a missing person in the jungles of Cambodia becomes a descent into the heart of darkness as they confront the dark force of a vampire.

Millenium (Nu Image) is currently searching for a director to combine action movie elements from The Expendables and Conan the Barbarian.

Frank DeMartini and Richard Salvatore are set as producers.

Production will begin in Cambodia this spring.
