Just hours after the female lead role in Fox's Minority Report TV series went to Meagan Good, Stark Sands has landed the male lead, playing the dual roles of precog twins Dash and Arthur. Those roles were played by Matthew Dickman and Michael Dickman in the original Minority Report movie, directed by Steven Spielberg. The actor joins a growing cast that also includes Daniel London, Li Jun Li and Laura Regan.

The story is set 10 years after the Minority Report movie, where the Precrime experiment in Washington D.C. came to an end. Meagan Good is portraying Lara Vega, a detective with a troubled past who encounters Dash (Stark Sands), a former precog who is struggling to live a normal life as he continues to be plagued by haunting visions of the future. They team up as Dash is given a new sense of purpose for his incredible abilities. Daniel London is reprising his role as Wally from the original movie, who served as the precogs' caretaker, Li Jun Li is playing a CSI technician who works with Vega, and Laura Regan is playing the third precog Agatha, who was played by Samantha Morton in the original movie.

Godzilla and Seventh Son screenwriter Max Borenstein wrote the pilot script, with Mark Mylod set to direct the show's first episode. Kevin Falls is serving as showrunner and executive producing alongside Steven Spielberg, Max Borenstein, Darryl Frank and Justin Falvey. It isn't known when production will begin on the pilot episode.

Stark Sands most recently starred in the Coen Brothers drama Inside Llewyn Davis and in the TV series NYC 22. His other credits include Broadway Idiot, Day of the Dead and Flags of Our Fathers. The actor has also received two Tony nominations for his work in stage productions Journey's End and Kinky Boots.
