Last month, Disney unveiled the full voice cast for their new animated adventure Moana. Then just last week, Disney unveiled a new trailer preview, which revealed that a new trailer will debut Sunday, August 7 during NBC's Olympic coverage. Following its on-air debut, we have this new trailer for fans to check out below from this animated adventure, which features a stellar voice cast lead by Dwayne Johnson and newcomer Auliʻi Cravalho.

Walt Disney Pictures unveiled this video online shortly after it aired on NBC. We're not sure when the next batch of footage from this animated movie will debut, but we also have new photos from the official Moana Twitter, while Dwayne Johnson sent out an Instagram video where he reveals that he saw the full movie this weekend with his family, while offering high praise for this animated adventure. This animated adventure is set to hit theaters November 23, going up against 20th Century Fox's Rules Don't Apply, The Weinstein Company's Bad Santa 2 and Paramount's Allied.

Three thousand years ago, the greatest sailors in the world voyaged across the vast Pacific, discovering the many islands of Oceania. But then, for a millennium, their voyages stopped - and no one knows why.  From Walt Disney Animation Studios comes Moana, a sweeping, CG-animated feature film about an adventurous teenager who sails out on a daring mission to save her people. During her journey, Moana (voice of Auliʻi Cravalho) meets the mighty demigod Maui (voice of Dwayne Johnson), who guides her in her quest to become a master wayfinder.

Together, they sail across the open ocean on an action-packed voyage, encountering enormous monsters and impossible odds, and along the way, Moana fulfills the ancient quest of her ancestors and discovers the one thing she's always sought: her own identity. Directed by the renowned filmmaking team of Ron Clements and John Musker (The Little Mermaid, Aladdin, The Princess & the Frog) and produced by Osnat Shurer (Lifted, One Man Band), Moana features a stellar supporting voice cast. Jemaine Clement provides the voice of Tamao, a self-absorbed, 50-foot crab who lives in Lalotai, the realm of monsters. The conceited crustacean wants to be more than a "bottom feeder" and overcompensates for this perceived shortcoming by covering himself in all things shiny.

Rachel House lends her voice to Gramma Tala, Moana's confidante and best friend, who shares her granddaughter's special connection to the ocean. Temuera Morrison voices Moana's father, Chief Tui, the gregarious and well-respected leader of the people of Motunui Island. Nicole Scherzinger voices Moana's mother, Sina, who always has her daughter's back. Alan Tudyk is behind the voice of HeiHei, described as a "dumb rooster" and "the village idiot." Take a look at this new preview and social media photos and videos for Moana and stay tuned for more on this highly-anticipated movie.
