Happy Friday the 13th! To celebrate this superstitious mark on your calendar, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and Nether Realm Entertainment have announced that Pamela Voorhees' boy is coming home! Yes, details have been confirmed for the Mortal Kombat X Kombat Pack. This pass will provide fans with Mortal Kombat X downloadable content, some of which will be available when Mortal Kombat X launches this spring. The Kombat Pack will include access to 4 playable characters still in development, including Jason Voorhees, the horror icon from the Friday the 13th franchise. We'll also see two Klassic "Mortal Kombat" Kombatants and another special guest character.

In the U.S., the Kombat Pack is included in the Mortal Kombat X Kollector's Edition by Coarse, Limited Edition and Premium Edition, and will be available for purchase separately for $29.99. In addition, the Kombat Pack will feature the Samurai Pack featuring three new character skins: Ronin Kenshi, Samurai Shinnok and Jingu Kitana. Mortal Kombat X is NetherRealm Studios' next highly-anticipated installment in its legendary, critically-acclaimed fighting game franchise that propels the iconic franchise into a new generation. The game combines cinematic presentation with all new gameplay to deliver the most brutal Kombat experience ever, offering a new fully-connected experience that launches players into a persistent online contest where every fight matters in a global battle for supremacy.
