It's nearly impossible to convince moviegoers sight-unseen that this is more than just a cash grab designed to prey on nostalgic feelings for a young Johnny Depp and the 80s. It came as a shock, we know, but 21 Jump Street actually turned out to be an amazing experience. It still resides as the best comedy of the year, and it may just be the best TV-to-Film adaptation ever made, with maybe the exception of The Fugitive. It's taken a bit of an effort to get this fact across to the ticket buying public, but once they give into 21 Jump Street's wily ways, we know they'll be hooked.

21 Jump Street is really funny with great chemistry between the leads. Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum were a riot, doing the interviews in their bicycle cop outfits. Ice Cube discusses how he's gone from f**k the police in his NWA days to playing cops and roles of authority. Rob Riggle went the opposite route.
