Fox Searchlight Pictures announced today that principal photography for the Untitled Nicole Holofcener Project has begun in Los Angeles. The film will star Emmy and Golden Globe winner Julia Louis-Dreyfus (Veep, The New Adventures of Old Christine), Emmy and Golden Globe winner James Gandolfini (The Sopranos), Academy Award nominee Catherine Keener (Being John Malkovich, Capote), Academy Award nominee Toni Collette (Little Miss Sunshine), Ben Falcone (What to Expect When You're Expecting), Eve Hewson (This Must Be the Place) and in her film debut, fashion blogger Tavi Gevinson. The film marks acclaimed writer/director Nicole Holofcener's fifth feature film, following her previous features Please Give, Friends with Money, Lovely & Amazing and Walking and Talking, all written and directed by the celebrated independent filmmaker. Anthony Bregman (Our Idiot Brother, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind) is producing. Matthew Greenfield, Senior Vice President of Production and Erin Hagerty, Creative Executive are overseeing the project for Fox Searchlight Pictures. Untitled Nicole Holofcener Project will be released worldwide by Fox Searchlight Pictures. The film will shoot in and around Los Angeles throughout August and September.
