In this comedy, Emma (Natalie Portman) and Adam (Ashton Kutcher) are life-long friends who almost ruin everything by having sex one morning. In order to protect their friendship, they make a pact to keep their relationship strictly "no strings attached." "No strings" means no jealousy, no expectations, no fighting, no flowers, no baby voices. It means they can do whatever they want, whenever they want, in whatever public place they want, as long as they don't fall in love. The questions become - Can you have sex without love getting in the way? And can their friendship survive?
Ivan Reitman directs Natalie Portman and Ashton Kutcher in the romantic comedy No Strings Attached, which arrives on Blu-ray and DVD May 10th. Here is what our official reviewer had to say about the movie, "No Strings Attached wastes an intriguing premise and two stars whose chemistry feels real with a reliance on formulaic romantic comedy conventions, bizarrely sudden jolts to the overall tone (in the form of randomly crude jokes and a surprisingly realistic sex scene, which isn't as good of a thing as it sounds) and the total absence of "will they or won't they?" tension." The movie is predicted to earn about $21.5 million in its opening week.Read More
