SIN CITY stars Bruce Willis as Hartigan, a cop with a bum ticker and a vow to protect stripper Nancy (Jessica Alba); Mickey Rourke as Marv, the outcast misanthrope on a mission to avenge the death of his one true love, Goldie (Jaime King), and Clive Owen as Dwight, the clandestine love of Shelley (Brittany Murphy), who spends his nights defending Gail (Rosario Dawson) and her Old Towne girls (Devon Aoki and Alexis Bledel) from Jackie Boy (Benicio Del Toro), a dirty cop with a penchant for violence.
Robert Rodriguez also indicated that Sin City 2 will incorporate the graphic novel volume A Dame to Kill For, and two brand new stories written by Frank Miller, one of which is entitled The Long, Bad Night.

For those waiting for Robert Rodriguez's stylized film in high-def, you'll just have to wait a little longer. The Digital Bits has confirmed with Buena Vista Home Entertainment that plans for the Blu-Ray release of Sin City has been pushed back to sometime in 2009.
There was a rumored Blu-Ray street date for Sin City on October 21, but the studio said that isn't so. The studio also confirmed its plans for a BD version of Finding Nemo will be pushed to next year as well.Read More
