Val Kilmer and Curtis Jackson co-star as two New Orleans police officers who deal with the unlawful streets post Hurricane Katrina. The film also stars Sharon Stone, Jose Pablo Cantillo, Brian Presley and Michael Biehn.
I have to get this off my chest, I was really hoping for a good film but Charles Winkler let me down. Things to know about the film are: the dialogue is ridiculously terrible, the acting is bad (from the entire cast-don't single out the rapper), the plot seems somewhat original but like I said, the acting is bad.
Although I enjoyed this film better than "Righteous Kill", it was still disappointing. On top of the film being terrible, it was released straight-to-DVD. It is very obvious that the guns used in the film were fake. Overall it just seemed like a Michael Mann film gone completely wrong.
I recommend that you don't watch this film. Streets of Blood is no good for the human body.
