Jackie Chan plays a beloved television chef who rescues a distraught television report who has just witnessed (and videotaped) a gang war.
When he unknowingly takes -- and then loses -- the video evidence that could spell the end for two rival gangs, he must rescue his girlfriend who has been taken hostage by one of the gangs, get the video tape back and take on both gangs single-handedly.
