An eccentric secret service agent (Sam Simms) is assigned to protect the President of the United States' troublesome teenage son, Luke (Brock Pierce). After Luke's latest prank (mooning a crowd at the opening of a mall), Simms expands his duties to include helping the youth deal with his problems and adjusting to life in the public eye.
Along the way, Luke and Sam have several exciting episodes and even manage to foil a threat to the first family's security.
