In this warm-hearted family comedy, successful Parisian businessman Stephan Marchado (Thierry Lhermitte) is in for the surprise of his life when, after thirteen years of separation from his wife Patricia (Miou Miou), who now lives in South America, he ventures deep into the heart of the remote rain forest to get her to sign a formal divorce agreement, without which he can never marry his new love Charlotte (Arielle Dombasle). What he discovers when he arrives, is something quite unexpected. He didn't know that his wife was pregnant when she left him several years ago. And now, after all this time, he finds that he has a son, who has been raised as an Indian and given the Indian name Mimi-Siku (Ludwig Briand).
