Psychic investigator Frank Bannister can see and communicate with the dead after he witnesses his wife die in a car accident. Soon, mysterious deaths in his hometown baffle the local authorities and make Frank, himself, a suspect.
In order to prove his innocence, Frank joins a trio of friendly ghosts to unravel the mystery of a menacing phantom that is actually responsible for the deaths.
