Mary Fiore (Jennifer Lopez) has just landed her most lucrative account - the wedding of internet tycoon Fran Donolly (Bridgette Wilson-Sampras) - and, after she is rescued from a near-fatal collision with a runaway dumpster by Dr. Steve Edison (Matthew McConaughey) spends an enchanting evening with a perfect man.
Her world is turned upside down, however, when she finds out that her new love interest is actually Fran's groom-to-be. As career and cupid collide head-on, Mary faces a showdown between love and logic.
