They all know they can play -- they've got the moves to prove it. The boys from Sunset Park High are gifted young basketball players with a dream of being the best... not of getting bossed around by the new -- and female -- coach. But Phyllis Saroka (Rhea Perlman) has other ideas.
By believing in this team, Phyllis helps transform this talented group of mixed-up kids into a winning team that makes it all the way to the city championships. In the process, coach and teammates alike manage to find their own particular talent for the game, as well as their own ability to believe in themselves.
