According to The Hollywood Reporter, NBC Universal Television Studio and studio-based DreamWorks Television have set up two single-camera comedy projects based on ideas by DreamWorks principal Steven Spielberg -- one at Fox to be written by Seinfeld alum Carol Leifer and one at NBC to be written by Bernie Mac creator Larry Wilmore.

The Fox project, which is still untitled, revolves around two recently divorced high-society women. "It is a very fertile area for comedy", NBC Uni TV Studio president Angela Bromstad said. Leifer, who most recently penned the DreamWorks TV comedy pilot Never in My Wildest, now set up at CBS with a cast-contingent pilot order, will executive produce the Fox comedy with DreamWorks TV co-heads Justin Falvey and Darryl Frank.
