Last week, we reported that Universal Pictures' comedy Townies had been renamed Neighbors. Today, we have the red band trailer and the first four photos from the movie featuring Zac Efron, Dave Franco, Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne, who star as Mac and Kelly Radner, a young couple who move in next door to a fraternity house.
