New ‘Lost’ Character Descriptions

The fifth season of Lost will start filming in a few weeks and there have already been some rundowns of two new characters from the show. According to Entertainment Weekly has posted descriptions of two new characters that will appear in the fifth season, Ceasar and Ilanna. Here are the breakdowns below:

First up is Caesar, a dangerous, physical and extremely intelligent male between the ages of 35 and 45. Although his intentions are unclear, this much is certain: He's as skillful at charming people as he is at killing them. He also has a dark past, but, c'mon, that much was a given.

The other newbie is Ilanna, a European female in her late 20s to early 30s who possesses great intelligence, but who's also dangerous as all get out. She's alluring and apparently used to getting her own way.

The site mentions that these will be recurring characters in the fifth season with the possibility of being upgraded to series regulars for the sixth and final season. Casting for the roles is currently under way.

Lost will return with its fifth season in February 2009.

These descriptions sound more like new characters for Heroes than Lost. Still, i'll watch anyway.

im gonna keep watching it to see what happens.

unfortunately i missed the last few episodes of last season, so i need to catch up before the new one starts up.

Name one other series that has the same premise as "Lost". As far as I know, "Lost" is one of the most unique seres around. No other series has THIS story. It's too bad that other shows have to copy off of each other so much. How many other CSI-type shows do we need, anyway?
